Welcome! I hope this page can be a resource for learning more about healing, recovery, and designing a life that’s worth living. Here you can find information about the services I provide, and up-to-date insights on mindful and meaningful living.
“He who has a why to live for can bear with almost any how.” – Friedrich Nietzsche
Through empathic and adaptive therapy I work to bring out the “why”, the purpose in life, and build the “how” with concrete coping skills and fundamental change. My ultimate goal is to help others to recover from trauma, enhance meaningfulness and build their resilience to live a full and fulfilling life. To do this, I utilize subjective relational processes, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness in exploration, acceptance and change.
